Warranty Policy

TAW, INC. warrants its products for a period one year from date of invoice.

This warranty covers the following:
Parts to repair the unit to” like new” condition.
Used or “B” stock will be repaired with used or “B” stock components.
Labor to repair the unit at TAWs facility.
Repair or replacement is the sole discretion of TAW, INC.
Shipping is covered one way ground back to the customer.
All products must be returned to TAW in the original packaging or a fee will be added for new packaging.

The warrant does NOT cover the following:
Acts of god including lightening damage.
Water damage.
Power surges.
Misuse or damage caused by customer entering the chassis of the product.
Shipping to TAW and or installation of the product.
Field repair of the unit by non-TAW service companies.
Loss of use/property.
Units modified in anyway without TAW prior written approval.


TAW reserves the right to decline any warranty claim based on inspection showing product damage other than product defects.

Shipping Damage is NOT covered under TAW warranty.
