 Return & Upgrade Policies

Returns

TAW allows products  to be returned with the following stipulations:

  • Products must be in original packaging and re-sellable as new.
  • Return must be within 14 days of receipt of product.
  • A 15% restocking charge will be levied against all returns.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.

Upgrades

When products are hardware upgraded from one product to a higher performing/more recent product , the existing product has its warranty renewed to new status.

Some products are replaced while others are simply "re-built" with present day technology using existing case.
Details  are discussed at the time of upgrade.

TAW products are upgradeable only when purchased from TAW directly or an authorized reseller.

Used products regardless of their warranty status are not upgradeable. 
"Open Box" refurbished products purchased direct from TAW are upgradeable.
